Preparation method: Heat 200 ml of WATER MILK to 40 degrees Celsius. Add 3 heaping tablespoons (33g) of porridge. Mix everything well, let the porridge swell for a while. Before serving, make sure that the meal has a temperature of 37 degrees Celsius.
